DSPs perform vital work across California, and we always need more of them!  The DSP Internship Program was created to help meet that need.  The program gives people an opportunity to explore a meaningful career while earning pay and training from regional center service providers.

Thinking of becoming a DSP?

The DSP Internship Program will pay your wages as an intern with a regional center service provider for up to three months.  DSP interns can:

  1. Test out a career where every day is filled with meaning and opportunity to give back to the community.
  1. Discover opportunities for stable employment, benefits, and more in a community service career.
  1. If hired at the end of the internship, you can earn incentive stipend payments of $625 after 6 and 12 months of employment, respectively.

Are you a Service Provider that would like to participate in the DSP Internship Program?

The program’s contractor, All’s Well, Inc., recruits, screens, and then pays your intern’s wages for three months while you train them to become valued team members.  You can decide to officially employ them at any time.  That’s hiring made easy.
